The room was well-equipped and had an incredibly beautiful view. The location was exceptionally nice, close to beach and restaurants, and my bed was amazing. It was also close to the seafront, pier and shops, the Pier and the town centre, and the centre.

The venue was excellent value, I loved the location not far from the pier and town centre as well as the very nice Victorian promenade, and sea views. The continental breakfast that I ordered was marvellous. For my taste room was good sized and en suite with very pretty interior. I had a warm welcome, lovely friendly staff. The service was very good in my opinion. Besides, I was able to park on street. That hotel was in a wonderful and fantastic location, on the beach.

Everything is excellent here, had a very comfortable stay at the Eastbourne Reymar guest house over Bonfire Society weekend. The rooms are impeccably clean and cheap and have gorgeous views of the sea. It has marvellous and lovely location to see a circular coastal defence fort. And it's nestled in an absolutely fabulous building near so near the seafront and the pier, which is historically less affluent part of the town.

I spent 2 nights here and appreciated that. Grounds were kept clean, breakfast was plentiful. My room was a nice size and themed with a separate space for kids, had smoke detectors for safety measures. Tea and coffee making facilities, and glassware were a plus.

The location of the hotel was incredible, right by the sea front. What's more, it was just off so near the seafront as well as Eastbourne and other areas nearby. One of the advantages - air-conditioned and beautifully maintained rooms; they included a shower, a hair dryer and free toiletries.

The stay at this beautifully kept hotel was a real good one. The room was budget and cheap, with with coffee, the large TV, for instance. A hairdryer, a walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries were a plus. The location was stunning for me. Besides, the area was fairly quiet, next to Christ Church.
